Michael J. Wheatley
Director

Mr. Wheatley has been an Entrepreneur in Atlantic Canada for the past 30 years. In 1976, Mr. Wheatley founded and is the former owner of Wacky Wheatley's TV & Stereo Ltd., a chain of electronic stores as well as several retail and commercial flooring operations with locations in the four Atlantic Provinces. Mr. Wheatley currently owns a Honda Dealership in Windsor, Ontario. Mr. Wheatley's community involvement spans fund raising campaigns for several charitable organizations in Nova Scotia. His speaking skills have him sought out for sales conventions, the Canadian Armed Forces and the public school system.

Gary F. MacKenzie
Director

Mr. MacKenzie is a Chartered Accountant and was the Chief Financial Officer of Shear Wind from 2006 to 2008. Mr. MacKenzie, B. Comm, C.A., is currently the President of Springwater Inc., a bottler of spring water in Nova Scotia. Mr. MacKenzie is an entrepreneur and leader in the water and beverage industry. Previously, Mr. MacKenzie was a director of Atlantic Industrial Minerals Inc. and Merrex Resources Inc., both public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He is also the Vice President of Glencoe Resources Ltd., a company developing calcium carbonate in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada.

José Fernández Ola
Director

Mr Fernandez-Olano is responsible for spearheading corporate development initiatives in INVERAVANTE including the Shear Wind acquisition. Mr Fernandez-Olano is in charge of strategic M&A/investment initiatives and corporate matters in Latin and North America. He holds an MBA from IMD (Switzerland). His first degree was a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Richmond, Cum Laude. Jose has been an active M&A professional holding executive positions in several industries including Investment Banking, FMCG and Energy and living abroad in France, Portugal, Switzerland and the EEUU.

Luis Garcia Jiménez
Director

Mr. García is the Director of Avante Genera, the energy branch of INVERAVANTE, which is mainly focused on the development, construction and operation of renewable energy plants. Avante Genera is also focused on the production and exploration of Oil and Gas through Vetra Energy. Mr. García was born in Madrid in 1971. He is an industrial engineer and has occupied various positions in several strategic consulting companies. Before joining AVANTE GENERA in 2007 he was the Business Development Manager of Gamesa, one of the world leaders in the Renewable Energy sector.

Antonio de la Morena Pardo
Director

Mr. de la Morena is the Business Group Director of INVERAVANTE, which encompass among others, Avante Genera, the Energy branch, and Avante Spacia, focused on the Real Estate business area. Mr. de la Morena was born in Madrid in 1961. He is an architect and has developed most of his professional career in Fadesa as Director of Architectural Projects Department, Managing Director of the Real Estate Department and CEO of the Company.
