Michael J. Wheatley
Director

Mr. Wheatley has been an Entrepreneur in Atlantic Canada for the past 30 years. In 1976, Mr. Wheatley founded and is the former owner of Wacky Wheatley's TV & Stereo Ltd., a chain of electronic stores as well as several retail and commercial flooring operations with locations in the four Atlantic Provinces. Mr. Wheatley currently owns a Honda Dealership in Windsor, Ontario. Mr. Wheatley's community involvement spans fund raising campaigns for several charitable organizations in Nova Scotia. His speaking skills have him sought out for sales conventions, the Canadian Armed Forces and the public school system.

Aubrey Palmeter
Director

Mr. Palmeter is President & CEO of EastPoint Engineering Limited in Halifax, N.S. During his career, Mr. Palmeter has led or participated in a broad range of consulting and construction activities including strategic planning, organizational studies, facility planning, design, business case analysis and life cycle costing, construction, and acquisition. He has an in-depth understanding of specialized engineering services ranging from design to design-build-finance-operate.

Jaime Lacalle Noriega
Director

Mr. Lacelle holds degrees in Law and in Economics. He started his career with the audit firm of Coopers & LyBrand and Barclays de Zoete Wedd, working in London and Madrid where he became the Director of the Corporate Finance and the Structured Finance divisions. Before joining Inveravante, he was the president of Urquijo Gestión, the asset management company of Banco Urquijo. Chief Financial Officer of Inveravante Group since 2007, Jaime ´s expertise in project finance and financial markets is a valuable asset to the Shear Wind Board of Directors.

Luis Garcia Jiménez
Director

Mr. García is the Director of Avante Genera, the energy branch of INVERAVANTE, which is mainly focused on the development, construction and operation of renewable energy plants. Avante Genera is also focused on the production and exploration of Oil and Gas through Vetra Energy. Mr. García was born in Madrid in 1971. He is an industrial engineer and has occupied various positions in several strategic consulting companies. Before joining AVANTE GENERA in 2007 he was the Business Development Manager of Gamesa, one of the world leaders in the Renewable Energy sector.

Antonio de la Morena Pardo

Mr. de la Morena is the Business Group Director of INVERAVANTE, which encompass among others, Avante Genera, the Energy branch, and Avante Spacia, focused on the Real Estate business area. Mr. de la Morena was born in Madrid in 1961. He is an architect and has developed most of his professional career in Fadesa as Director of Architectural Projects Department, Managing Director of the Real Estate Department and CEO of the Company.
